Ulster Youth Development Officer Stuart Balfour has been out and about meeting clubs in his first few weeks in his new role.
We caught up with him to see how he’s been getting on.
“It has been a great few weeks getting started in the new role.
I have managed to get around lots of clubs and events to meet many welcoming people.
One of the first events was joining in with a coaching session in Stranorlar for Bike Week which was great to see a school getting involved and putting on a great day on bikes.
From there I have managed to get involved in each discipline, getting to see some great sessions put on by clubs and commissions, as well as even managing to get on the bike myself trying out the BMX facilities.
I’m looking forward to continuing to meet everyone and start to move forward with projects and support.”
