Dunloy Road Race Entry Opens
The
Dunloy CC Open races will be opening for entry this evening (Friday 13th) at 8pm on Entry Central
This will be one of if not the toughest/most enjoyable races on the calendar, catering for A3, A4, Masters and Women on Sunday 29th May.
Building on the success of the inaugural race last year, an additional lap will be added to the A3 and A4 races to give these categories the experience of a tough race over a longer distance.
Coming as it does the week before Ras Donegal it is perfect to test fitness for A3s and allow strong A4 riders the opportunity to gain upgrade points.
Event Programme.
A3 Only (no juniors) – 4 laps (71miles) – Sponsored by CDE Global with a prize fund of £300
A4 – 3 laps (54 miles) – Sponsored by Pappy’s Bakery
Masters/Women`s race. 2 laps (36 miles) sponsored by Altarichard Concrete solutions Ltd. (Entry on the day)
The circuit starts in Dunloy with the tough climb of Millbrae on each lap.
Sign-on from 11 30am to 12 30pm at Dunloy GAA clubrooms, Bridge road, Dunloy with the first race starting at 1pm. More details on www.dunloycyclingclub.com
