As part of Cycling Ireland’s Bike Like Me campaign, they are offering a free 7 week Online Training Programme for women, designed by Neil Delahaye – Cycling Ireland’s National Performance Coach.
As part of the programme, a weekly training session will be held via Zoom on Mondays from May 18 to July 06 at 7pm.
Each week one of Ireland’s top female cyclists will lead the session, encouraging and motivating you throughout.
If you are new to interval training or coming back to it after a long break, this is a great opportunity to get back in shape by following a structured programme with support to help you along the way.
