Due to the Youth Tour of Scotland’s early place in the road cycling season, the Cycling Ulster Youth Academy will be using some events from the later part of this season for part of the selection criteria for the Ulster team for the race.
An under 16 boys team and a combined under 14/16 girls team has been selected in previous years and it is hoped this will be the case again in 2023.
The 2022 events being used as part of the selection criteria can be seen below:
- Ulster International Youth Tour (30th July – 1 Aug)
- Ulster Youth TT/RR Championships (7th Aug)
- Irish National Youth TT/RR/Crit Championships (20 – 21 Aug)
