Mark McKane has been appointed as the new Cycling Ireland Youth Development Officer for Ulster.
This new role will support clubs in growing participation numbers within the province, providing opportunities across all disciplines of cycling.
Mark will work with clubs, local sports partnerships, schools and other groups to put in place the systems and structures required to foster a culture of youth cycling.
With over 12 years experience in Sports Development, Mark worked for Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council in partnership with Sport NI delivering multisport programmes to increase participation and support clubs in developing the youth.
