The Cycling Ulster Off-road Commission is looking for expressions of interest from riders who wish to compete at the British National Trophy Cyclo-cross race in York on 15 December.


This is open to second year Under 16s, Juniors and Under 23 males and females with a maximum of 6 riders travelling.

Eligibility for the team is as follows:
The rider must have been born in Ulster, or the rider must belong to an Ulster cycling club or the rider must live in Ulster.

The rider must have a current UCI competition membership licence

Year of birth must be in the range 1998-2004).

Selection for the team will be based on the rider’s commitment to the discipline as well as results from:
15 September 2019 – Kinning Cycles race
13 October 2019 – Lakeland CC race
20 October 2019 – VC Glendale race

The selection panel will be comprised of members of the Cycling Ulster Off-road Commission.

NOTE:
The panel may elect to take fewer than 6 riders for the event.
An Ulster team travelling and competing in the event is subject to the Off-road Commission gaining a place in the event and subject to ongoing funding.
Riders may be asked to contribute towards food costs etc.
