DB Cycling Club will be hosting the 10th edition of their annual charity cycle on Saturday 23rd July. Two routes are on offer covering distances of 50km and 100km with an optional extra climb on the 100km route with KOM/QOM prizes timed by Strava.
The club’s membership has grown substantially in recent years as have the club activities which include promoting local competitive and leisure events. DB Cycling Club has also been actively involved in fundraising initiatives and pressing for increasing participation by running programmes such as ‘Women on Wheels’.
The club’s current chairperson, Stephen Connolly was co-opted to the Cycling Ulster Executive this year and is continuing to press for progressing the club and cycling throughout Cavan and Ulster.

Registration on the day takes place at the Stray Sod, Drung, Co. Cavan from 9am with departure at 9.30am.
