Ulster Cyclo-Cross Championships 2025 – Dungannon
The 2025 Ulster Cyclo-Cross Championships, hosted by Island Wheelers, delivered a thrilling, muddy, and unforgettable day of racing in Dungannon. Despite the wettest conditions of the season, riders, supporters, and volunteers turned out in force to make the event a huge success.

The determination, grit, and smiles displayed across every category were nothing short of inspiring. Every rider who lined up deserves recognition, whether for a podium finish or for simply braving the course and giving it their all.
The championships were a fantastic showcase of the Cycling Ulster community, with riders of all ages and abilities embracing the challenge, encouraging each other, and showing the camaraderie that makes cyclo-cross so special.
Host Club & Volunteers
A massive thank-you to Island Wheelers and their team of volunteers. Standing out in miserable weather all day, their dedication ensured the event ran smoothly, safely, and successfully. From course setup to marshaling, results management to keeping spirits high, they truly went above and beyond.
Looking Ahead
All eligible medal winners will have their achievements recognised at the Cycling Ulster Awards Ceremony on 31st January, where medals will be presented. This is a moment to celebrate not just individual success, but the spirit and community of cyclo-cross in Ulster.
The 2025 Ulster CX Championships demonstrated once again the strength, resilience, and sheer enthusiasm of the Ulster cycling community. From riders, to supporters, to volunteers, everyone played a part in a muddy, memorable, and thoroughly brilliant day.
