The Cycling Ulster Women’s Commission have released their 2019 selection policy. Please click below to access it.

This year the Cycling Ulster Women’s Commission will be entering teams in to the Tour of Omagh and Ras na mBan.  Tour of of Omagh is one of the fastest growing stage races in the country. Last year the commission entered a junior/u23 development team which had great success taking a stage victory in the process. This year the team dynamics will be the same with the team consisting of junior and u23 riders. 


Ras na mBan is the premier women’s stage race in Ireland, which attracts some of the best riders from Europe past winners being Olympic and World Champions. Cycling Ulster have had great success in this race in the past winning the Best County Rider and Best Irish Team. Riders who wish to be selected for this race will need to be racing at a minimum standard of National League/A4.
