With the upcoming Cycling Ireland AGM taking place on Saturday 9th May at 11:00am, we want to ensure your club is fully prepared to participate and have its vote counted.

Board Election – Tommy McCague

As part of this year’s AGM, Tommy McCague, former Chair of Cycling Ulster, is seeking election to the Cycling Ireland Board.

Tommy has made a significant contribution to cycling across Ulster during his time as Chair, supporting club development, volunteer engagement, and participation initiatives.

His experience spans governance, event support, and working closely with clubs to strengthen cycling at grassroots level.

To be eligible to vote at the AGM, clubs must register their voting delegates in advance.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Check how many votes your club is entitled to

  2. Register your delegates
    Once you know how many votes your club has, please submit the names and licence numbers of your chosen delegates using this link:

  3. Attend the AGM
    Clubs can attend the AGM either online or in person on Saturday 9th May at 11:00am.
