The 2018 Ireland National Junior Road Race champion, Adam Ward, rounded off his 2019 season with another victory in the Ulster Hill Climb Championships.
The classy U23 rider took the elite provincial crown today on Tircreven Road, Binevenagh Mountain, Co Derry.
The one mile, 720ft ascent with an average gradient of 14 per cent, saw the Bioracer-DHL-FR Services rider clock a time of 6:42 from Christopher Birney Team Sportactive Racing 6.50.
