Tour of Omagh 3 Day
It’s an important weekend in Tyrone cycling with Omagh Wheelers providing their tenth annual stage race promotion offering a prize fund of £1000 for the four stages in three days. 
Ballymena RC team mates Katharine Smyth and Eileen Burns are among the favourites for the women’s event.

There are three separate races for riders in Four Masters CC’s 33rd annual JG Memorial Road Race promotion with unplaced prizes for A2s, A3s and Women two of the races.

Ulster Youth TT and RR Championships
Ballymoney CC have the honour of promoting the Ulster Championships in road and time trial for youth racers on Saturday with the 4.25 mile “lungburster” time trial course used in the morning followed by road race action in the afternppn for all ages from Under 11 to Under 16.

Ulster XC MTB Championship

Xmtb is proud to host the Ulster Mountain Bike Cross-country Championships at Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park, Belfast on Sunday.
This year’s course at Lady Dixon is a sharper, snappier version of an old favourite in line with the Ulster league’s popular switch to a new format of shorter laps but more of them.

Sheelin Flyers CC invite riders to experience a lap of two of Ireland’s most scenic lakes, the 32 km around Lough Sheelin added to the 92km tour of Lough Derravarragh.

Derrytresk Cycle Challenge 2019
Riders leaving Coalisland on Sunday morning have the option of a 60 miles course covering East and mid Tyrone including just over 1000m of climbing in the foothills of the Sperrins or a more leisurely 35-mile option with 500 metres of climbing.
