Emergency First Aid Workshop for Cycling. First Responder, Rescue Emergency Care (REC)

Course Content: Unconscious Casualty, CPR and AED, Choking, Bleeding (from a cycling viewpoint) and any other questions the group may have re: Cycling Injuries. This is a Certified First Aid Course, all participants will receive a First Aid Certificate from REC.

Social Media Workshop for Cycling Clubs.
Date: Monday 8th April 2019

The Workshop will cover:
• What is a ‘digital strategy’ and why is it important to your organisation;
• Introduction to social media and how it helps to achieve your clubs objectives.
• How to use social media to raise awareness for your club.
• Using images and videos effectively;
• Using Social media analytics to monitor and evaluate your posts;
• Using other support tools for social media, e.g. Canva;
• How to avoid common pitfalls and mistakes;
• Practical tips on how to support the clubs digital presence.
