Ballymena Road Club hosted the Ulster 10 miles time trial championship on the Frocess course on yesterday. Lindsay Watson recorded the fastest time on the day and with that took the elite men’s title. Eileen Burns lifted the elite women’s title ahead of her European Championships campaign in the coming days.
