Ballymena Road Club`s Red Hand Trophy event next Saturday (28th May) has opened for entries on Racepass http://www.racepass.co.uk/Registration/DisplayRiders?EventId=1057
Places are filling fast, with only four spots open for Juniors still remaining. 37 places are filled so far overall, so early registration is advised.
The event is round 5 of the 8-round Ulster Roadman`s series, which after four rounds sees Angus Fyffe (Omagh Whs) at the head of affairs on 19 points, with Ali MacAuley next on 16 followed by Johnny Taylor (Carn Wheelers) and David Hamilton (North Down CC) tied on 15.
Jake Gray (NRPT) leads the Junior competition on 8, one point ahead of Stewart Thompson (Spires CC), with Cameron McIntyre third on 5 points.
Fyffe, MacAuley and Hamilton will all be missing next Saturday on An Post Ras duties, so it leaves the way clear for Taylor or others to make their way to the top of the Series leaderboard.
