Island Wheelers host the opening round of the Cycling Ireland National TT Series this Sunday, 10th April. Entry will be strictly via EventMaster only, which closes tomorrow (Friday) evening at 8pm.
Competitors should note that Cycling Ireland Commissaires will have the UCI standard bike measurement jig at the event and apply regulations in line with UCI standards, with all bikes being checked before each rider start. Riders whose equipment is found to be non-compliant will not be considered for the National Series.
The Commissaires and jig will be available at the event HQ between 09:00 – 09:30 for riders to check their bikes ahead of the official check at the start area. The latest UCI regulations can be found here.
Island Wheelers also ask that all bikes are fitted with an appropriately working rear light to help with rider visibility on the roads.
