Gavin Moore – Funeral Arrangements
Gavin Moore’s funeral takes place tomorrow (Saturday 15th July) at 9.30am at Hamilton Road Presbyterian Church, followed by a burial service at Clandeboye Cemetery.
Joanne and Gavin’s family would encourage all of Gavin’s cycling friends to show their respect by wearing their club kit and form a tribute procession to cycle with Gavin on his last journey. This extends to all of Gavin’s friends from other clubs too.
Gavin Moore RIP
It was with deep sadness that Cycling Ulster learnt of the passing of North Down CC member, Gavin Moore following an accident on the Ards to Bangor dual carriageway yesterday afternoon. We wish to extend our condolences and sympathies to his Mother and Father, partner Joanne, his children Adam and Luke and the entirely family circle.
Other North Down CC members were also injured in the event. Gareth Boyle suffered serious but non life threatening injuries, Keith Freel was given the okay just a very bad concussion. Rachy Sinnamon also involved but thankfully walked away. We wish them a speedy recovery.
