The Cycling Ulster AGM will take place on Saturday 2nd November at 12 noon in O’Neill’s Country House Hotel, Toomebridge, BT41 3TQ
Any Cycling Ulster member who wishes to attend will be most welcome, however only club delegates have the authority to vote. Light refreshments will be provided. We would encourage all clubs to send along their full quota of delegates to the AGM. All clubs which have been established for 3 months or more are entitled to delegation as follows
Affiliated Clubs having:
- 6 – 19 members, shall be entitled to have two Delegates attend at any General Meeting.
- between 20 and 49 members, shall be entitled to have 3 Delegates attend at any General Meeting.
- between 50 and 99 members, shall be entitled to have 4 Delegates attend at any General Meeting.
- having 100 members or more, shall be entitled to have 4 Delegates and 1 extra Delegate for every 100 members after that attend at any General Meeting.
Cycling Ulster would like to apologize for the lateness of this AGM reminder. Because of this the Executive is prepared to accept motions and nominations until Sunday evening the 20th of October. There are three positions vacant on the Executive namely Secretary and two other Officer positions. Motion and Nomination forms can be downloaded below. We would also like to receive Nominations for Club of the year and Volunteer of the Year
