The NI cycling team for the upcoming Commonwealth Games in the Gold Coast, Australia have arrived down under.

The squad contains a mix of European Championship medallists, World Cup Medallists, multiple Irish national champions and record holders.

The cycling competitions get underway on Thursday 5th April at the Anna Meares Velodrome in Brisbane.

Cycling Ulster Chairman, Maurice McAllister said:

“We have a strong team representing us in this year’s Commonwealth Games with some real medal prospects. On behalf of Cycling Ulster, I would like to wish the team the best of luck.”
