Gilford woman Nicola McKiverigan has been honoured by her local Council, in winning the Female Coach of the year at the recent Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council Sports awards.
This is in recognition of her voluntary work both in Ulster and across Ireland, where she is one of the Ulster Track Coaches who operate the Orangefield facility in Belfast, but she is also the Girls Coach for the national Talent Team, which sees her coach and assist young girls to compete in the biennial European Youth Olympics.
