Cycling Ireland have issued a reminder to clubs that they are required to comply with the Children First Act 2015 by March 11th. Despite not being a statutory requirement for clubs in the north, it is seen as best practice and is a requirement for affiliation with Cycling Ireland. (Please note this applies to clubs with youth & junior riders only (under 18). Any cycling club intending to open up their club to youth & junior riders must also comply with these regulations.)
