The Cycling Ulster Youth Academy has set aside a bursary to support riders who have applied for entry into the North West Youth Tour taking place in Morecambe, UK on the weekend of 27th August to 30th August 2021 The bursary is available to Ulster riders in the following age groups: Under 14, Under 16 only . There are a limited number of bursaries.

CONDITIONS

· Riders must have a current Cycling Ireland licence.

· Riders must belong to a club/team based in Ulster or be unattached and resident in the province

· Only one bursary per rider from the total pot.

· Riders must have proven road race experience

· Riders must have received confirmation of entry to the event

· Bursaries will be awarded on a First come first served basis

· The bursary will be paid out after the event subject to the CUYA receiving a short report after the event for the website

· If one or more of the successful applicants is unable to go to the event, we cn offer the bursary to one of the other applicants (in date/time order).

· Not available to riders who are fully sponsored (i.e. who have no outgoings for travel or accommodation)

· The CUYA reserve the right to refuse a bursary to any rider who in its opinion does not have the relevant experience to compete
