Ballymena Road Club host the final round of the Cycling Ireland National Road Series on Saturday 15th September, the Blair International Red Hand Trophy. This being the final round means double points on offer in both the men and women’s race.

The final round will take place over the renowned Blair International Red Hand Trophy course that will see competitors compete over 103km leaving Ballymena heading over the glens of Antrim to the north Antrim coast line and returning Ballymena bound from Carnlough.

Sign on will be from the Ballymena Road Club Rex Bonnar House on Railway Street Ballymena from 9am on Saturday 15th August. Competitors will roll out from here at 11am through Ballymena with police bike escort for the races to the start located at the fly over bridge exiting the Cushendall roundabout in Ballymena.

There is a prize pot of 1400 across both men and women’s races having equal prizes for both. First 6 riders in both races will received a cash prize

Hospitality of tea coffee refreshments and food will be provided in the Rex Bonnar House during prize giving after the event.
