It was a close run thing in the Bann Valley Road Club`s `Classic` event on Sunday 10th April, where Foyle CC`s former An Post-Sean Kelly Professional rider Ronan McLaughlin won from a three-man breakaway group. He narrowly pipped North Down`s David Hamilton, with Carn Wheelers` man Ail Gribbon taking the final podium place.
In the A3 event M40 rider Colm Watson (VC Glendale) split the Juniors, making it in to third place behind Conor McCann (Asea) and Harvey Barnes (East Tyrone CC), whilst the A4 race went to North Down`s Gavin Moore.
