Valentine's Day Women's Training Camp

Cycling Ulster’s Road Commission Chair, Ryan Connor, has arranged a Women’ training day for the 14th of February. Those interested should meet at the Fitnesss First carpark in Ballymena for at 9.00am. The day will start off with a two hour spin which will head off at 9.30am. Following that there will be a spin class at noon. Should numbers exceed the maximum of 20 for the spin class, circuit training will be on offer instead. Sauna and steam room facilities be available after this to allow everyone a chance to unwind and relax.

Lunch will be in the Dunsilly Hotel at the Dunsilly roundabout near Junction One in Antrim. Lunch is planned for about 2.00pm. Ryan said, ”The day will give me a chance to talk to the women and outline plans for the year ahead and for them to provide feedback on the what they want to see happening. We have a draft calendar for the year which includes a TT League, Women’s only league and some open events. I am looking forward to seeing everyone there.
